INGREDIENTS

 

  • 100 g parmigiano
  • Basil (2 packages)

GO AND MAKE IT!!

  • Place the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the middle. Place 2/3 of the ricotta in the middle.
  • Take the remaining 1/3 of the ricotta and mix it with the basil.
  • Add the mixed basil together with the parmesan to the flour mixture. Don't forget to add some salt.
  • Form the gnocchis.
  • Boil some water and add some salt in it. Now you just need to cook your gnocchis, they are ready when they begin to swim on the surface!
