INGREDIENTS
- 500 g flour
365 ml water
- sugar or honey
- yeast
- 3 Tablespoons of Yoghurt
- salt (fine & coarse)
GO AND MAKE IT!!
- Mix the yeast with the sugar or honey together with the water.
- Make a hole in the flour and pour the water into it. Use the mixer to get a nice and smooth dough.
- Form about 9 round buns. Put them on a baking paper.
- Boil 1,5 l water and add 5 - 6 tablesoons of bicarbonate.
- Cook the buns in the water for 1 MINUTE.
- Put them back on the baking paper, let them cool out alittle bit and cut a cross gently into the buns once they are colled out.
- Cover the buns with a kitchen towel and let them rise (wait for about 30 min - 1 hour).
- Bake them in the oven for 20 min at 200ºC.
- Use a water splasher or simply your hands to pour some water on the buns, wait a little bit and add some coarse salt.
- BEST WITH NUTELLA, salty & sweet is always a good combination!
