INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1 l milk
  • 100 g maize flour
  • 2 Tablespoons of cane sugar 
  • 1/2 Cup of water
  • Butter

GO AND MAKE IT!!

  • Mix the flour with the sugar & milk
  • Add a little bit of salt
  • Heat an iron pan and melt the butter in it
  • Once the butter is golden, add the flour mixture.  Continue to whisk on a medium heat until the mixture starts to thicken and begins to make bubbles. 
  • At this point lower the heat to the minimum and let the mixture cook for about 30 min without whisking it.
  • After 30 min let it cool down for about 5 - 10 min. In the meantime melt some butter until it's golden and put it over the mixture. Last but not least add some cane sugar and serve it in the pan with some spoons.
